Used for:

Constipation (‡§ï‡§¨‡•ç‡§ú ) ‚Äì occurs due to irregular bowel movement that causes difficulty in passing stool

Regulates Bowel Movement (मल त्याग करना)- bad eating habits leeds to irregular bowel movement and in pregnant women might face irregular bowel due muscle damage or nerve dame during delivery
